Our Sacramento boot camp offers a short intense workout that is done 3 days a week and for only 30 minute classes so you can have time to do your daily activities and not risk losing time with what is most important, your family. Hi my name is Ken Karnack and I am the owner of Old School Fitness a personal training company in Sacramento CA. Ok Ken, how much is Boot camp?
A normal rate for personal training for a full hour is over $70. Doing that 3 days a week in these hard economical times can be a real struggle. That is $840.00 per month. Keep in mind that there are other trainers out there charging much less than that for 1 hour to get fit. After 24 years of training I only raised my price of just $10 per workout.
WARNING: If you spend $25-40 on personal training, you may get an inexperienced trainer and not get the results you’re looking for.
